Santa Rosa Gem - 2 BR Home with Office and W/D

Can not recommend this home enough!! If you're thinking about staying here DO IT! You will not be sorry! The landlords were so kind, helpful, quick to respond, and easy to work with. The house was spotless and in amazing condition. The garage is so nice to have and the yard is big! We enjoyed every minute here. The neighborhood is so cute and safe. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood frequently and the little grocery store and restaurant within walking distance is really nice. We stayed here three months while working in Santa Rosa and wish we could have stayed longer! This is the best house we've ever rented while working!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house, and I want to start by thanking the hosts for providing such a lovely space for us to enjoy. The ambiance of the home and the surrounding area made for a truly pleasant getaway. Additionally, the location of the house in Santa Rosa is perfect—conveniently situated near local attractions and amenities, making our stay even more enjoyable. However, I feel it's important to mention a couple of issues that future renters should be aware of. During our stay, the property manager expressed a desire to show the house to potential tenants when I was occupying it. While I understand the need for this, it felt like a breach of privacy, and I would suggest that future guests check in with the host about this beforehand. Another significant concern was the condition of the driveway, which is completely torn up. Unfortunately, this caused damage to the front bumper of my car. I reached out to the hosts regarding compensation or assistance with the repairs, but they refused to take responsibility. This was disappointing and impacted my overall experience. Additionally, I found the master shower a bit uncomfortable. The water sprays directly into your face, and the lack of a detachable showerhead made it challenging to manage the water flow without making a mess. Despite these issues, the property itself is stunning, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The state is lovely, and I would recommend this house to anyo
